Joomla Hosting Do a Joomla Website Developer need to have a website hosting account ? Is hosting account necessary for developer ?
I have made many websites on HTML, XHTML with CSS also i have the expertise on web graphics. Now, i want to make websites on Joomla for my Clients.
So, i want to know all this stuff.

Not necessarily, you can setup your local machine as a web server and then have different sites setup that you wish to develop and test. Hosting accounts are useful to test things in the real world but not always a pre-requisite.
XAMPP would be an easy option to get you started locally on your machine:-

Yes you do need a host but you could use a service like siteground or any host that has cpanel.
Cpanel is really user friendly for people that don’t want to do manual installs/updates with joomla. Cpanel will do most of the setup for you.
